It was a busy night of college hockey in the area as a half dozen local teams were in action. Starting in St. Lawrence, the Saints sent Cornell to their third straight loss with a 4-2 victory.
Colgate and Clarkson played each other down to the wire but regulation and overtime weren't enough to decide it. The two teams skated to a 4-4 tie.
Finally in D-3 hockey, Oswego got the best of Morrisville, winning 3-2.
