Gouverner man accused in stabbing behind bars
ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. — A Gouverneur man is back behind bars after being released from a six-month sentence.
Police say 23-year old Tyree Judge stabbed 20-year-old Ryan Weir during a fight that took place behind a Key Bank last June.
Judge is now charged with first degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was arrested Friday after being released from the Onondaga County Jail, where he was being held on unrelated charges.
Judge has been sent to St. Lawrence County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
