CARTHAGE, N.Y. -- A student at Carthage High School was arrested after a bomb threat investigation. School officials say an employee reported seeing a bomb threat in a bathroom at the school Thursday morning. They say the threat mentioned a specific time and location.

Police told school officials to conduct a lock down, but that incident was resolved quickly. The student responsible admitted to making the threat and was arrested and suspended from school.
