ITHACA, N.Y. -- A driver has been charged with DWI after crashing into an apartment building in Ithaca. Officials say Inho Cho, 33, drove off Trumansburg Road Tuesday night and hit one of the buildings at the Candlewick Apartments.
The building was evacuated so crews could monitor the building's condition to make sure it wouldn't collapse. No one was hurt.
Cho is charged with DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding.
