MALONE, N.Y. -- A suspect has been found dead inside the car he was accused of stealing. It happened in the K-Mart parking lot in Malone.

A store employee found the body of Brad Eggsware, 25, on Thursday. Police also found drug paraphernalia in the car, and do not consider Eggsware's death suspicious.

Police in Tupper Lake had been looking for the car, which was stolen, and Eggsware, since Monday. He just finished serving time for assaulting a police officer.
