NORTHEAST -- Some parts of New York received a good dose of winter weather overnight. New York City and parts of New England saw snow and rain.

It's the second storm to hit the area in a week - first Sandy, and then the Nor’easter. Several inches of snow fell overnight, accumulating in many areas and leaving slick roads and stuck cars.

The Long Island Railroad stopped service in and out of Penn Station because of weather problems, and other trains on Long Island were delayed. Some roads were also closed and there were scattered power outages.
