BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Another step forward for the ACA Memorial Park in Binghamton. Granite elements of the monument were delivered to the construction site. The central column will need to be assembled.

Granite is scheduled to be mounted at the Park on Monday, November 26th.

A few more elements at the part are still being created, including plaques for the names of the victims in the mass shooting.

Thirteen people were killed back in April of 2009.
