GOUVERNEUR, N.Y. -- There is some good news for people in the North Country. E.J. Noble Hospital will be reopening on Monday morning. There will still be limited lab services however.

Last month, the Gouverneur hospital and its clinical lab were shut down by the state Department of Health due to safety concerns. In a statement, the Department of Health said the hospital has made progress addressing the concerns. The hospital will accept patients via ambulance, but can only perform certain procedures.
