NEW YORK STATE -- Wegmans has issued a recall for a brand of granola bars because they may contain Salmonella.

Creative Energy Foods has recalled several kinds of its thinkThin bars because the blanched roasted peanuts they contain could be contaminated. Wegmans has removed the product from its shelves and all products can be returned for a full refund.
