Man charged with son’s death
WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- A Watertown man has been charged in the death of his 10-month-old son.
Brady Davis died in August. His father, Michael Davis, 30, was arrested in connection with his death. Police reports allege that Davis left the child unattended in a water filled bathtub for an extended period of time, causing the child's death.
The report says Davis failed to perceive that the water level created a substantial and unjustifiable risk.
Davis has been charged with criminally negligent homicide and endangering the welfare of a child.
