ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man already facing murder charges has pleaded not guilty, this time for charges involving the solicitation of sexual acts from a young man.
Dustin Trimm faces six counts, including patronizing a prostitute, endangering the welfare of a child and disseminating indecent material to a minor.
Trimm's attorney, Richard Manning, says he believes his client is being charged incorrectly. The indictment states that Trimm was communicating with the boy by computer, Manning says communication was through text messaging.
Trimm was already being held in jail, awaiting trial for an unrelated second degree murder charge. Police say he shot and killed Jason Wing, 21. Wing's body was found buried on Grantville Road in Norfolk.
