The Republican National Convention starts today, if on a much shortened schedule. Even though it's not directly in Isaac's path, the RNC in Tampa is preparing for the storm. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will now officially be nominated tomorrow, and our Nick Reisman has more on what we can expect today.
