ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- It's that time of year again. Summer vacation is coming to a close and college students are making their way back to campus.

All week, thousands of incoming students and their parents have been unloading vehicles, purchasing text books and preparing for the semester to begin.

Local residents, especially in the North Country, say they always look forward to the students' return.

SUNY Canton has already begun classes, while Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam and St. Lawrence University will officially begin their semester next week.
