ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Dustin Trimm has been indicted again, this time, for sex crimes.
Trimm was arrested in February and charged with second degree murder after police say he shot and killed Jason Wing, 21, and buried his body on Grantville Road in Norfolk.
Trimm is now accused of soliciting sexual acts from a male under the age of 17. He was indicted on six different counts, including disseminating indecent material to a minor, patronizing a prostitute and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the indictment, Trimm also purchased alcohol for the boy.
Trimm is being held in the St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
