CHENANGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Chenango County man was arrested for allegedly firing a gun. The Sheriff's office says it happened in the Town of Sherburne.

They say Kyle Davis, 23, pointed a gun at a victim's face in a threatening manner. Both parties left the scene, but investigators say Davis returned and fired his gun from inside a car while police were on the scene.

Davis was taken into custody and charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, and discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle.
