CLINTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police are looking for a man who they said robbed a bank in Clinton County earlier this week. They said Oneil Stephenson, 33, is wanted for third degree robbery in connection with the robbery of NBT Bank in Plattsburgh on Monday.

Police said Stephenson has also used the name Philippe Francois as an alias. He has two distinct tattoos on his arms, which can help identify him. According to police, he is likely armed and is considered dangerous.
