LEWIS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Lowville woman was arrested for alleged sexual contact with a child. Police said Angela Hirschey, 28, had sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl on March 31st.

Hirschey is charged with first degree criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child. She is due back in court on April 11th.
