ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Three more witnesses took the stand Friday in the third murder trial for Wayne Oxley.

Oxley is charged with second degree murder, accused of beating his neighbor, Bernard Trickey Jr., to death with a baseball bat in 2005.

Dana Chubb took the stand Friday. Chubb was a friend and former roommate of Trickey. He was also the person who found Trickey's body and called police.

Testimony resumes Monday morning.
