ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Wayne Oxley murder trial is on hold for the day because one of the jurors is sick. This is Oxley's third time on trial for the death of his neighbor, Bernard Trickey Jr., in 2005. Oxley is accused of beating Trickey to death with a baseball bat.

The first trial resulted in a conviction in 2006, but it was later overturned. The second trial ended in a hung jury.

Opening statements are now slated for tomorrow morning. This trial is expected to last several weeks.
