ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Opening statements will be held Tuesday in the Wayne Oxley murder re-trial.

The final jurors for the trial were seated Friday.

This is Oxley's third time on trial for the death of his neighbor, Bernard Trickey Jr., back in 2005. He's accused of beating Trickey to death with a baseball bat.

The first trial resulted in a conviction in 2006, but it was later overturned. The second trial ended in a hung jury.

This trial is expected to last several weeks.
