ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Week one has wrapped up in the murder re-trial of Wayne Oxley in St. Lawrence County with four more jurors selected Friday, bringing the total so far to nine.

Oxley was convicted in 2006 of killing his neighbor, Bernard Trickey Jr., by beating him with a baseball bat. But that verdict was overturned after it was determined a judge wouldn't allow a witness to testify and Oxley was released from prison back in May.

Jury selection will continue next week.
