The jury has yet to reach a verdict in the longest trial in Saint Lawrence County history. After hours of deliberations Wednesday, the jury asked for two hours worth of testimony to be read back in the Wayne Oxley Murder Trial.

Oxley is accused of beating his neighbor Bernard Trickey to death with a baseball bat back in August of 2005.

The jury heard testimony again from John Shannon, who last testified during a preliminary hearing in September 2005. Shannon died in a fire shortly after.

The defense claims Shannon had a key to Oxley's home and used it to place the bloody bat in Oxley's basement.

This is the 8th week of the trial. The jury is expected to reach a verdict Thursday.
