Oxley trial Judge says photos and video OK to show in case
Jury selection continues Wednesday in the murder trial of Wayne Oxley. Oxley, 40, of Ogdensburg is accused of killing his neighbor Bernard Trickey with a baseball bat in August 2005.
The judge ruled the prosecution could show video of the murder scene and photographs of Trickey's body. The St. Lawrence County District Attorney says the evidence will help give the jury a fair and accurate picture of what took place.

Nicole Duve, the St. Lawrence County DA, said, "The nature of this particular crime is such that I can't hide the gruesome nature of it. And I think it’s important that the people who are on the jury, the people that are deciding the facts in this case understand the nature of what happened."
Oxley faces second-degree murder charges.
