ITHACA, NY The Vestal boys led Ithaca by 9 points in the third quarter, watched their lead evaporate and trailed by as many as six in the fourth quarter, before a rebound putback by Jeremy Liss gave the Bears a one point lead in the game's final seconds. A last second shot by Ithaca's Jaedon Henderson was blocked and Vestal moved on to the semifinals with a 52-51 win.

Ithaca's Eisah Nunn had 22 points to lead all scorers, but it wasn't enough to overcome Vestal's balanced attack.
