GROTON, NY-- Keegan Donovan needed just three 3 pointers to have hit 100 of them this season. The Groton sharp shooter made 6 of them in his team's 76-41 first round win over Unadilla Valley in the class C tournament in section IV.

Donovan was on fire in the first quarter, he hit 5 three pointers, and 2 other field goals while only missing once and would have 19 points entering the second quarter. He finished the night with 6 three pointers and 103 for the season. He scored 30 points in the Indian's blowout win.

Taj McNight pitched in 13 points and 8 rebounds as the Indians built a 52-15 half time lead.

The bench got most of the minutes in the second half as the starters were pulled half way through the third quarter.

The Indians advance to Friday's quarterfinals.
