16 little words are the cause of a big fight in court this week. One documentary company said the "Happy Birthday" song should be returned to the public domain, which means everyone, from TV shows to local restaurants, could use it. But Warner/Chappell Music, which claims the rights to the song, have their reason for fighting -- $2 million, which is how much they make on the song every year.
